pieces of flair
I wonder if people who work for Blogger feel any compulsion to have X number of pieces of flair on their blogs. Do they even have blogs?

I guess you could say that the overall design of a blog, combined with the voice of the author, is one form of flair. So are avatars and photos, as are a blog's title and tagline.
What I'd want is a syndicated avatar / photo of myself that other bloggers could post on their pages in their blogrolls pointing to me. Sort of a headshot blogroll.
